Rabbi Joseph Telushkin is one of the modern period’s preeminent author’s on Jewish though and practice. His book, Jewish Wisdom, is an amalgamation of the range of Jewish texts that provide moral and ethical guidance for our daily lives. He has taken timeless Jewish texts and have compiled them in a way to remain relevant for the modern period.

Our course will be a selection of his writings which we will consider and have open discussions on how these moral guidelines can remain relevant for our modern lives.

Class participation is the nexus of this course.
